Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.
I would appreciate if you can help clarify the following questions:
When did this issue begin to occur?
Have you experience any low performance since came across this event error?
Is this a client inside a domain?
Please refer to this thread,
it seems this issue have something to do with security software or exchange server related client.
At this point, I suggest we prepare
clean boot to test.
Best Regards

Hi,
thanks for your answer. Of course I will help to solve the problem - I would even like to fix the bug myself ;-)
I don't know when the issue begin to occur - I saw it the first time when I try to solve this problem
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/de-DE/w7itpronetworking/thread/c5734ae4-1e87-484b-8deb-39453e56e146
- I don't notice any low performance
- yes the client is inside a global domain
- a clean boot don't solve the problem
- after hibernation and later wakeup with out a domain connection the issue don't occur
=> Win7 Ultimate 64bit / Dell Latitude E6510 / 8 GB Ram / connect to an Exchange2010-Server /
- tomorrow I can report the results with clean boot in the domain

Hi,
Does this error appear in clean boot? If possible, I suggest disable McAffee and have a test too.
From your description, it seems the issue occurs once connect to Domain. If so, we may need to involve Server side engineer. On the Operating system side, it is suggested to obtain the latest service pack.
